# Introduction

Cylex MDT gives your FiveM server a professional police Mobile Data Terminal with incident management, evidence, live map, and full department tools.

Cylex MDT is a FiveM resource that gives every officer on your server a tablet-based Mobile Data Terminal. From a single NUI interface, officers can file incident reports, run citizen and vehicle lookups, collect and process forensic evidence, issue BOLOs, manage active units on a live map, and handle department administration — all without leaving the game. The resource ships with a Vue-powered NUI, a full Lua server/client runtime, and an auto-migrating database layer, so there is no manual SQL to run on install.

Every page in the sidebar can be independently enabled, disabled, and reordered from `editable/config.lua`. Colors, open key, language, and department layout are all configurable without touching any escrow-protected code.
